Prenatal uses:
⁃ Sifting the belly to aid with baby’s position
⁃ Binding the belly to help with a pendulous abdomen
In labor:
⁃ Spinning babies
⁃ Mom can pull on the rebozo while pushing
⁃ Can be tied around the hips for counter pressure
Postpartum:
⁃ Belly binding after birth
⁃ Baby wearing
