Whether you're a first-time parent or simply craving a more connected experience this time around, these birth classes are a grounding, beautiful way to prepare—together.
Rooted in connection and calm, our maternity classes are thoughtfully designed to nurture both your knowledge and your nervous system. They're included as part of your standard prenatal care and held in a cozy, family-friendly space where questions are welcome, laughter is common, and no one is rushed.
You'll be surrounded by support, encouraged to trust your body, and equipped with tools—both practical and emotional—that help you move through labor feeling steady, informed, and empowered. It's a space to learn, to soften, and to remember that you don't have to walk this path alone.

Hands-On, Heart-Led Preparation
You'll have time to move, stretch, and try out:
- Labor positions that support movement and comfort
- Tools like birth balls, stools, and rebozos
- Creating a birth plan that reflects your values
- Exploring birth center and home birth options
- Building confidence in your body's natural wisdom
Our birth classes are relaxed, low-pressure, and guided by midwives who bring both professional knowledge and real-world insight.
Open to All Families in the Lubbock Area
All Heartbeat clients are invited to attend, and we're happy to welcome other families in the community as space allows. If you're not currently receiving care with us but feel drawn to this kind of preparation, give us a call—we'd love to partner with you.
